Skills you need to succeed
Our Job Readiness Program will teach you the skills needed to get a job, keep a job, and be successful in your career. We offer training in both soft and hard skills. We will cover:
- Resume preparation
- Interview preparation
- Time management
- Task management
- Solving problems that affect your job
- Knowing who to ask for help in the workplace
- Dressing appropriately for the workplace
- Developing professional communication skills
- Building digital literacy skills
- Team work skills
This training can be coupled with or sequenced with other training including Life Skills Training, Transitional Work Experience, and Computer Skills Training.
