Our Career Development Specialists can work with you and help you determine what types of jobs to search for that will meet both your individual needs. Searching for a job can be a challenging process and our team will help you every step of the way. We can assist with online applications, interview preparation, resume assistance, guided job searches, and more to assist you in finding openings in your areas of interest.

Our Job Readiness Program will teach you the skills needed to get a job, keep a job, and be successful in employment. We offer training including both soft and hard skills. The training is focused on being ready to get the job and keep the job. We will cover:
- Resume and interview preparation
- Time management
- Task management
- Solving problems that may affect your job
- Knowing who to ask for help
- Dressing appropriately for the workplace
- Developing professional communication skills
This training can be coupled with or sequenced with other training including Life Skills Training, Transitional Work Experience, and Computer Skills Training.
