This training is designed to teach basic soft skills and transferable concrete work skills to individuals who have never worked or who have very little work experience. This paid training program takes place in an actual Goodwill retail setting. The length of the course and the complexity of skill development will be dependent upon the functional needs of the participant, but it is not meant to be permanent employment or a long-term training program. Spaces will be very limited, and individuals must apply and be accepted into the program.
